Celebrity Select Dining

Celebrity Select Dining is a new flexible
dining option that allows you to choose when you dine on a day by day
basis. You'll still be seated in the ship's main dining room, order from
the same dinner menu, and enjoy the same amazing service that you're
accustomed to onboard Celebrity Cruises, but with more flexibility. Once
you've chosen Celebrity Select Dining in your reservation, you can make
your day by day reservations pre-cruise, reserve once onboard or simply
come to the dining room whenever you'd like to have dinner.

Seating Times: 6 - 9:30 PM.

Dress: We suggest smart casual attire; which includes
sport shirt and slacks for men and pantsuit or informal dress for women.
On formal evenings we suggest suits and ties or tuxedos for men and
dresses for women. Swimwear, shorts and jeans are not permitted.

Costs: All meals are included in your cruise fare, but specialty beverages,
alcohol and wine are at current menu prices. Prepaid gratuities are
required to participate in My Time Dining - this includes tips for your
waiter, assistant waiter, head waiter and stateroom
attendant.

Reservations are recommended in order to avoid a delay in
seating (reservations will be taken once onboard).

Grand Epernay

Enjoy the
elegance of this two-level main dining room where you'll dine on
scrumptious cuisine and receive impeccable service.

Seating Times:
Breakfast: 7:30 - 8:45 AM, Lunch: From noon to 1:30 PM, Dinner: Early -
6:15 PM, Late - 8:45 PM.

Dress: We suggest smart casual attire; which
includes sport shirt and slacks for men and pantsuit or informal dress
for women. On formal evenings we suggest suits and ties or tuxedos for
men and dresses for women. Swimwear, shorts and jeans are not
permitted.

Costs: No cost. Specialty beverages, beer, wine, and soft
drinks are offered at current menu prices. Reservations required.

Blu

This
exclusive restaurant for AquaClass guests, features a menu of light and
healthy cuisine from breakfast until evening. Tranquility permeates the
atmosphere lending to a fulfilling casual dining experience.

Seating
Times: Check onboard for hours.

Dress: Resort attire.

Costs: No additional
charges for AquaClass stateroom guests. Specialty beverages, beer, wine,
and soft drinks are at current menu prices. Guests not booked in
AquaClass staterooms will be charged a nominal fee. Reservations
required. For those not traveling in AquaClass staterooms, reservations
in Blu are based on availability and will be subject to an additional
per person charge. Please Note: Unless staying in an AquaClass or Suite
stateroom, children must be at least 12 years old to dine at
Murano.

Tuscan Grille

The Tuscan Grille is a traditional steakhouse that
combines the flavors of the Mediterranean and California Napa cuisine.

informal dress for women. On formal evenings we suggest suits and ties

Silk Harvest

A casual restaurant
that features Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese and Indian dishes
along with unique cocktail creations such as fresh ginger root and acai
berry cocktails.

Costs: A nominal fee of $30 USD applies per dining guest,
including gratuities. Beverage and wine are offered at current bar menu
prices. No reservations required.

Murano

This elegant restaurant offers a
new twist on classic and modern Continental cuisine.

onboard for hours of operation.

Dress: We suggest smart casual attire;
which includes sport shirt and slacks for men and pantsuit or informal
dress for women. On formal evenings we suggest suits and ties or tuxedos
for men and dresses for women. Swimwear, shorts and jeans are not

Costs: A nominal fee of $45 USD applies per dining guest,
includes gratuities. Specialty beverages, beer, wine, and soft drinks

Champagne
High Tea

This special event takes place in a specialty restaurant and
will feature a menu of coffee and teas, savory sandwiches, desserts
including pastries, scones and truffles as well as a glass of champagne.
(The Champagne High Tea is an addition to the complimentary tea service
held in the main dining room)

Dress: We suggest smart casual attire.

Costs: A nominal fee of $25
USD applies per dining guest that includes fee for food and a glass of
champagne. Additional champagne, alcoholic beverages and specialty

Grill

Dine on fresh hamburgers, hotdogs and other light fare at this out
door grill.

AquaSpa Cafe

Located next to the Solarium, the AquaSpa Cafe
serves up healthy, light fare along with beautiful views.

Bistro on Five

This casual
dining area serves up fresh sandwiches, soups, salads, fish and chips as
well as specialty crepes.

Seating Times: Open from 6 am to 2 am.

Oceanview Cafe & Bar

Celebrate the wondrous cuisine
of regions of your journey. The Oceanview Cafe and Grill's menu changes
to reflect the regions in which the ship is sailing.

Room Service

Select from
zesty soups, fresh salads, gourmet sandwiches, pizzas and desserts on
the room-service menu. Should you decide to dine-in during restaurant
luncheon and dinner hours, enjoy your selection from the restaurant
menu. Simply request the menus of the day from your butler or stateroom
attendant.

Seating Times: 24 hour service. Morning meals include
Continental breakfast served, on request, in your stateroom from 6:30 to
10:00 AM. Full breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00 AM.

Dress: Always
Casual.
